About the E W HR Package

For a fixed monthly fee, the retained service of E W HR includes:

• Unlimited access to a small team of expert, qualified HR professions at The HR Dept for commercially-driven HR and employment law advice
• Guidance on handling any HR issue and the preparation of the relevant legally compliant letters on your behalf
• A GDPR compliant on-line system for your employee records
• Bi-annual review meetings at your premises
• A GDPR support package to include a GDPR compliant contract of employment and handbook, Data Protection Policy, Subject Access Request Policy, Privacy Statement and Data Breach Policy
• Market leading employment tribunal insurance

 

The monthly fee is based on your number of (full-time equivalent) staff and the contract is for 12 months.

On-site support is also available, if required, for an additional charge.
